Solution
We created a system that automatically watches for new booking emails and filters out the rest from their inbox
Then, we implemented a system to extract the necessary info (like booking time, amount due, date etc.) from the emails with the power of AI
The system then would compile the extracted info together, forming the title and description of the event booking
They were manually adding new Google Calendar events when new charter bookings came in to help their crew stay organized.
